McDonald's Manager Arrested For Selling Cocaine In A Burger Pack During Night Shift Work

Frank Guerrero, a 26 years old young man appointed the manager in one of the McDonalds in New York was reportedly arrested and charged to court for selling cocaine with meals during his night shift works. 

Reports reaching us from ABC 7 New York, he was allegedly charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawfully dealing with a child.

According to prosecutors, Frank Guerrero stores the cocaine on a soap dispenser located in the restaurant's bathroom before his night shift works starts and peddled cocaine and crack with the burgers he sold.

Reports stated that Guerrero have sold the drugs to a police officer (Name not Disclosed) right over the counter putting the along side with the burger and french fries which the police officer ordered. The Wednesday arrest was the result of a three-month undercover investigation dubbed “Operation Off the Menu”.

Guerrero, prosecutors say, sold the undercover cop nearly $10,900 in drugs.

Prosecutors said they found 200 grams of cocaine and $5,300 in cash when they raided his home, adding that he hid the money in a dresser inside his 2-year-old son’s playroom.
